I had the wonderful experience of attending the NYE dinner at Plant City. The entire experience was phenomenal. I am not a vegan, but I don’t eat dairy or gluten. It was so nice not to have to worry about the ingredients in my meal. AND the food tasted absolutely phenomenal. The flavor and presentation was out of this world. You definitely do not have to be a vegan to be completely satisfied. I also really enjoyed my cocktail. One of the best I’ve ever had. It was a ginger, mint lemonade. As a frequent guest and life long Providence guy I’m super excited about this addition to our city - I think I’ve done everything and every option... breakfast and lunch outdoors, a drink at the bar while working on my computer, both Italian and Mexican upstairs, work lunch with a colleague at the bowl bar and breakfast with out-of-towners from LA at the breakfast and coffee bar - gee guess I have done it all. The food is always on point, great options, many selections and great portions with a fabulous hip and friendly staff. And when you’re done eating take a walk right across the street to experience the new Providence Pedestrian bridge. We have been to Plant City several times. We both loved the food. The chef Louis is very creative and make delicious food. We stopped at the market after dinner to bring few groceries home. We returned with our carnivore friends, they were amazed how good the food was without any meat of dairy and cleaned up their plates. My first time there was at the request of my good friend who spoke very highly of you. I’m a total foodie but was skeptical. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff. We made our way upstairs to the bar where we had Mexican food and again, the bartender was amazing and my margarita was ON POINT! (No one messes with my margarita) but what really sold me was the waiter named Chris, who spoke about how appreciated he feels working there. One of the first times we went to Plant City we attended a screening of the film “Game Changers”. I was so inspired by watching that movie and listening to the testimonials of those athletes that I finally made the switch to an all plant based diet and lifestyle. The food, the vibrant atmosphere, the first class service! We absolutely love it and already went 5 times since it opened! Not shown in this video is the outdoor seating on a breathtaking patio, surrounded by greenery and beautifully lit-up at night, adding a magical atmosphere to the whole place! So [whether] you are craving an authentic Italian pizza topped with melting cheese; some tasty yet healthy Mexican food; a decadent burger with french fries or just a croissant with a cup of premium coffee: GO TO Plant City!
